Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the subscription service of Hueco, an AI-powered photo restoration app dedicated to helping you restore old, faded, or black-and-white photos to vivid, colorful versions. This Subscription Agreement governs your subscription to the App’s premium features and services. By purchasing, activating, or using the Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Subscription Service is designed to be used without the need for an account, and you can enjoy all premium features immediately after subscribing, with full control over your data and privacy.

It is a core commitment of Hueco that we do not collect any facial information or face data from you, under any circumstances, even when you use the Subscription Service. We never access, extract, store, transmit, or process any facial features, facial recognition data, or biometric information related to your face—whether you are uploading photos containing faces, using the premium AI restoration features, or managing your restored records. Your facial data remains entirely on your local device, and we have no mechanism, tool, or process in place to collect or use it. This no-facial-information-collection policy applies to all aspects of the Subscription Service, and we will never deviate from this commitment, even as we update or enhance the Service.

No Account Required for Subscription

Hueco’s Subscription Service is fully accessible without the need for you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information. You can purchase and activate the Subscription Service directly through your device’s native payment system (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), without entering an email address, password, or any other personal details. This means you can start using the premium features immediately after subscription, with no barriers related to account creation or authentication.

The Subscription Service is linked directly to your device, not to a user account, so you can enjoy the premium features on the device you used to subscribe, without any additional login steps. We do not track your subscription usage across multiple devices, and we do not collect any data related to your device or usage habits beyond what is necessary to process your subscription payment (which is handled entirely by your device’s payment provider).

Since no account is required to subscribe to or use the Subscription Service, we have no need to collect any personal information—including facial information—for account management, user verification, or subscription tracking. We do not collect facial information to link your subscription to your identity, personalize your premium experience, or monitor your usage, because there are no accounts to associate such data with. Even when you use the premium restoration features or manage your restored records, your facial data stays private on your device, and we never access, extract, or collect it. We will never require you to provide any facial information to activate or use the Subscription Service.

Subscription Plans and Premium Features

Hueco offers flexible subscription plans to meet your photo restoration needs, all of which grant you access to the App’s premium features. The available subscription plans include (but are not limited to):

The premium features included in all subscription plans are: unlimited AI photo restoration, high-resolution restored images, ad-free experience, advanced color enhancement tools, priority processing, and unlimited access to the records screen for managing restored photos. All premium features are designed to be user-friendly, with the same simple workflow as the free version of the App, ensuring a seamless experience.

None of the premium features or subscription plans involve collecting, processing, or storing any facial information. The advanced AI models used in the premium restoration features focus solely on enhancing image quality, color, and clarity—they do not identify, extract, or retain any facial features from the photos you process. Whether you use the premium features to restore photos of people, groups, or other subjects, we do not collect any facial information from those images. The premium processing is performed entirely locally on your device, so your facial data (if present in your photos) never leaves your device and is never accessed by us. We do not use facial recognition technology in any of the premium features, and we never collect any data related to your face or the faces of others in your photos.

Billing and Payment Terms

All subscription payments are processed through your device’s native payment system (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and we do not collect, store, or process any of your payment information (such as credit card details, bank account information, or payment addresses). The payment provider handles all payment processing, and we only receive confirmation that the payment has been completed to activate your Subscription Service.

Subscription fees are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase, and they do not include any applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added by your payment provider. The subscription fee is charged upfront for the entire subscription period (monthly or annual), and it will be automatically renewed at the end of each period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired payment method), your Subscription Service may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed. You can update your payment information through your device’s payment settings to reactivate the Service.

We do not collect any facial information as part of the billing or payment process, and we never request or require facial information to process your subscription payment. The payment provider also does not share any facial information with us, as we have no need for such data to manage your subscription. Your facial data remains entirely on your device, and it is never linked to your payment or subscription information. We do not collect any facial information to verify your payment or prevent fraud, as all payment verification is handled by your device’s payment provider without any involvement from us.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

All Hueco subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You will receive a notification from your device’s payment provider before the renewal date, reminding you of the upcoming renewal and the associated fee.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, through your device’s payment settings (e.g., Apple App Store Subscriptions, Google Play Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unless required by your device’s payment provider’s policies.

Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your device’s payment settings to avoid being charged for the next renewal period. If you cancel your subscription and later decide to resubscribe, you will be charged the current subscription fee at the time of resubscription.

Canceling your subscription does not affect our policy of not collecting facial information—we never collected any facial data in the first place. When you cancel your subscription, all your facial data (if present in your photos) remains on your device, and we have no access to it. We do not retain any facial information or other data related to your subscription after cancellation, as we never collected any such data during your subscription period. Your facial privacy remains protected even after you cancel your subscription.

Subscription Usage and Restrictions

The Subscription Service is granted to you as a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App’s premium features on a single device. You may use the Subscription Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and you may not share, transfer, or sublicense your subscription to any third party. You may not use the Subscription Service to process photos that you do not own or have explicit permission to use, including photos that infringe on the copyright, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code, AI models, or any other part of the Subscription Service. You may not use the Subscription Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App’s performance or your device. You may not use the Subscription Service to upload or process illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We strictly prohibit any use of the Subscription Service that involves collecting, extracting, or using facial information, and we do not allow any third parties to use your subscription to collect facial data from you. You may not use the premium features to upload photos for the purpose of extracting facial information, nor may you attempt to use the App’s technology to collect or process facial data. Any attempt to use the Subscription Service in a way that violates our policy of not collecting facial information will result in the immediate suspension of your subscription, and you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Subscription Updates and Modifications

We may from time to time update the Subscription Service to improve its performance, add new premium features, fix bugs, or enhance user experience. These updates may be automatic or may require you to download and install the latest version of the App. By continuing to use the Subscription Service after an update, you agree to the updated version of this Agreement and any changes to the premium features or functionality.

We reserve the right to modify the subscription plans, pricing, or premium features at any time, with notice provided through the App or your device’s payment provider. If we make significant changes to the Subscription Service (such as removing a key premium feature), we will provide you with the option to cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining period, if applicable.

All updates and modifications to the Subscription Service will maintain our strict policy of not collecting any facial information. We will never add any premium features or functionality that would allow the App to access, extract, store, or transmit facial information. Any updates to the App’s AI models or premium processing capabilities will not include any facial recognition or facial data collection features. We will never use updates to change our stance on facial information collection—our commitment to not collecting facial data is permanent and unchanging.

Data Handling and Privacy for Subscribers

As a subscriber, all data you process using the Subscription Service is handled entirely locally on your device, just like the free version of the App. This includes the photos you upload, the restored versions of those photos, and the records of your restored images. We do not transmit your data to any external servers, third-party services, or any other location. All premium processing—including advanced AI restoration and color enhancement—happens directly on your device, ensuring your data never leaves your control.

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to the App and all restored images generated through the Subscription Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content, and you have full authority to manage, edit, or delete your photos and restored records at any time. When you delete a photo or record, it is permanently removed from your device, and we do not retain any backups, copies, or residual data.

As a subscriber, your facial information is still not collected, processed, or stored by us in any way. The local processing of your photos (including premium restoration) does not involve extracting or analyzing any facial features. Your facial data remains on your device, accessible only to you, and we never access or collect it. Even if you use the premium features to restore photos containing faces, we do not collect any facial information from those images. Your facial privacy is fully protected throughout your subscription, and we never compromise it for any reason.

Termination of Subscription

You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling it through your device’s payment settings, as outlined in the “Automatic Renewal and Cancellation” section. Upon termination, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription period, after which your access to the premium features will be revoked. You will still be able to use the free version of the App, if available.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any terms of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in prohibited uses, uploading inappropriate content, attempting to collect facial information through the App, or sharing your subscription with third parties. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Upon termination of your subscription, we will not retain any of your data—including any facial information—because we never collected any in the first place. All facial data present in your photos remains on your device, and we have no access to it. If we terminate your subscription due to a violation of this Agreement, we still do not have any facial information to retain or delete, as we never collected it. Termination of your subscription does not affect your control over your facial data, which remains entirely on your device.
